He’s at his hotel, Fans are gathered outside.

A statement by his spokeswoman Tuesday called media to a news conference at 4pm local time Thursday afternoon at the giant O2 music venue.

It seems that 2000 fans are going to be allowed inside the venue for the press conference, and there will be roped off areas outside the venue displaying the conference on giant screens for those unable to get inside.
